New Client Portal

As of March 2019, we have switched to a new practice management system to better serve our clients and patients. Please be aware that any appointment requests, texting, or refill requests from the old system (VETport) will no longer be received. Please follow these steps to activate your new portal:

  • Email us at  requesting patient portal access

  • Once processed, you will receive a “welcome” email from the new system with your login information and a link to the new website

  • The first time you log in, the system will prompt you to create a new password — we do not have access to this password, but it can be reset if it is forgotten.
